Christopher Reedy Appointed COO of Butler National Corporation

Butler National Corporation designated a new Chief Operating Officer, Christopher Reedy. He’ll also assume the roles of Executive Vice President and Secretary. This action is a component of a reorganization, establishing the COO position to enhance operational efficiency.

Reedy is familiar with Butler National, having joined the company in 2000. He has held various roles, including serving as Secretary since 2005. Reedy will answer directly to the Chief Executive Officer, R. Warren Wagner, and will manage shareholder interactions. The leaders of all operational subsidiaries will report to Reedy. Wagner conveyed his trust in Reedy, affirming that the board is content with his placement in this crucial position.
