Subsequent to the acquisition, Vermantia will establish a fresh leadership group, with its originator, Filippos Antonopoulos, shifting to a strategic counsel position within ARC.
Simultaneously, Mark Kingston, Head of Media Technology and Production at ARC, has been designated to Vermantia’s board.
Kingston highlighted, “ARC has been a substantial stakeholder in Vermantia for several years, and this acquisition underscores our dedication to broadening our content distribution capacities.”

He appended, “We are delighted to fully combine forces with ARC and utilize their vast reach to further solidify Vermantia’s standing as an industry frontrunner.”
The head of Vermantias, George Fotopoulos, feels that this collaboration with ARC confirms the robustness of Vermantias’ offerings and their commitment to being a top technology supplier in the gaming sector.
He observes substantial opportunities for the two organizations to collaborate, suggesting intentions for a combined effort to introduce fresh initiatives and transform media entitlements and dissemination within the industry.
